Get ready to explore ASIAN SENSATION, the Honolulu Academy of Arts' three big summer shows:
One Way or Another: Asian American Art Now
Shu: Reinventing Books in Contemporary Chinese Culture
Leland Miyano: Historia Naturalia et Artificialia

Look out for visiting artists Mika Tajima (who has work in this year's Whitney Biennial), Michael Arcega, Jean Shin and Geraldine Lau.

Zip Tour of One Way or Another: Asian American Art Now at 6:30 pm.
2 Zip Tours of Shu: Reinventing Books in Contemporary Chinese Culture with Honolulu Academy of Arts Docent Allison Roscoe at 7:00 and 7:30 pm.
Zip Tour of Leland Miyano: Historia naturalia et Artificialia at 7:00 pm.

The dance floor is open with AMITY STREET singing Alternative Rock with an ode to Blondie.  Social and cultural reality come together with DJ Slant spinning Postmodern Beats on the Pavilion Steps. Visit the Infusion Lounge featuring the photography of Ivan Wentland and Xhift Magazine's own DJ Xhift spinning sultry lounge music in the Banyan Courtyard.

The Mahjong Court will be open for your gaming pleasure. Get your game on!
